KENNEDY, Presiding Judge.

Defendant was convicted upon jury trial of first-degree burglary, § 569.160, RSMo 1978; first-degree robbery, § 569.020, RSMo 1978; and armed criminal action, § 571.015, RSMo 1978. He was sentenced in accordance with the jury’s verdict to prison terms of various lengths, from 13 years to life.

He appeals, claiming error in the admission of certain evidence, and claiming also that the trial judge erred in refusing to disqualify himself upon defendant’s motion which alleged his bias and prejudice against defendant’s defense of mental disease or defect excluding…
