This action concerns numerous claims, counterclaims, and third-party claims arising out of Defendant Jeffrey Miner’s (“Miner”) departure from employment with Plaintiff USI Insurance Services LLC (“USI”) on October 20, 2010, to begin work for USI’s business competitor, Insurance Office of North America (“IOA”). The parties now move for partial summary judgment on a number of discrete issues.
