Before this Court are two separate motions — a "Motion to Strike and to Enter Default for Failure to Comply with Court Order" filed by Defendant First Student, Inc. ("First Student") and a "Motion for Leave to File a Third Amended Complaint" filed by Plaintiff Naysha Berrios ("Plaintiff") — in this wrongful death action.
