HESTER, Judge:

Presently before the court is the appeal of William H. Crawford (hereinafter called Crawford) from the order of the lower court dated April 10, 1981, wherein appellee Allstate Insurance Company’s (hereinafter called Allstate) preliminary objection in the nature of demurrer to Crawford’s complaint and first amended complaint was sustained and Crawford’s complaint and first amended complaint dismissed with prejudice.

We reverse.
