Plaintiffs in these cases are former employees of Defendant The Atlantic Group, Inc., doing business as DZ.Atlantic (“DZ Atlantic”).1 DZ Atlantic employed Plaintiffs as temporary, seasonal, and contract workers at nuclear power facilities in South Carolina and North Carolina owned by Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC (“Duke”).
