The deed under which the plaintiff claims title to the land in dispute is set out in extenso in the statement of facts preceding this opinion. After reciting a consideration of ten dollars and "the fact that B. W. Doe, deceased, had given and delivered possession of the property herein conveyed to Amanda E. Doe prior to his death, but failed to make a deed,” the grantors, who were the sole heirs at law of the donor, "do grant, bargain, and sell to Amanda E.
