Coralia Garcia, through counsel, appeals the Board of Immigration Appeals’s (“BIA’s”) affirmance without opinion (“AWO”) of the IJ’s order denying her a waiver of excludability pursuant to § 212(h) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”), 8 U.S.C. § 1182(h). On appeal, Garcia argues that we retain jurisdiction to review the denial of relief because § 309(c)(4)(G) of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, Pub.L.
