Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Finnegan, J.), rendered July 26, 1990, convicting him of burglary in the first degree, burglary in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
