Plaintiff Elizabeth Taub (“Plaintiff’) initiated this action on December 14, 2012, by filing a complaint against Defendant Comenity Bank, formerly known as World Financial Network Bank, successor by conversion to World Financial Network National Bank (“Defendant”).
