OPINION
LECHNER, District Judge.
This is an action brought by plaintiff Jeanne C. Casper (“Casper”) against her former employer Paine Webber Incorporated (“PaineWebber Inc.”), its parent company Paine Webber Group, Inc. (“Paine Web-ber Group”) and Ronald M. Schwartz (“Schwartz”), Casper’s former supervisor (collectively, the “Defendants”), for alleged violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., the Equal Pay Act (the “EPA”), 29 U.S.C. § 206, and New Jersey common and statutory law.
