On June 26, 1936, three indictments were returned in the circuit court of Madison County, charging plaintiff in error with having participated with others in the commission of three separate felonies. In cause No. 4653 the indictment charged that plaintiff in error, and two others, on February 28, 1936, while armed, robbed Henry Mensching of the amount of $40.
