*861In January 1981, plaintiff and defendant entered into a written agreement whereby plaintiff undertook and agreed, inter alia, to install and maintain an alarm system in defendant’s premises. Thereafter, plaintiff instituted this suit claiming that defendant failed to make payments as required by the contract.
