DELEHANT, Senior District Judge.

On June 6, 1966, the United States Attorney for the District of Kansas, by Guy L. Goodwin, Assistant United States Attorney for such district, and after due waiver by Joyce Marie Michael, the Appellant, and David Eugene Breeze (see Rule 7, (a) and (b), Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure), filed in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, against Joyce Marie Michael, the Appellant herein, and one David Eugene Breeze, as defendants, a single information.
