A jury found appellant guilty of first degree murder and assessed his punishment at life imprisonment. Appellant first asserts that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a three weeks continuance for failure of the state to provide discovery, citing Ark. Rules of Crim. Proc., Rules 17 and 19.
