RALEIGH BROWN, Justice.

Maria M. Briones and two hundred thirteen other claimants brought this suit pursuant to Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5221b-l (1971) as an appeal from an administrative determination by the Texas Employment Commission which awarded unemployment benefits to them at a reduced rate because of payments made by their employer for holidays. The trial court set aside the Commissioner’s decision and rendered judgment for full unemployment benefits for claimants. The Commission appeals. We reverse and render, affirming the decision of the Texas Employment Commission.
