I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff, ACCU PERSONNEL, INC., [“ACCU”] has filed suit against defendant ACCUSTAFF, INC. [“ACCUS-TAFF”] 1 alleging trademark infringement, 2 unfair competition, and deceptive trade practices under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a) (1988), the Delaware Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Del.Code tit. 6, § 2531 et seq.
