FRIEDMAN, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal by a government contractor from a decision of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (Board) denying the contractor’s claim for an equitable adjustment in the contract price. The Board previously had held that the contractor was entitled to such an adjustment and remanded the case to the contracting officer to determine the amount thereof.
