|2Defendant, Touro Infirmary (“Touro”), appeals the trial court’s judgment finding it liable to plaintiff, Ms. Susan Sicard, under Louisiana’s Worker’s Compensation law. Touro argues the trial court manifestly erred in finding that Ms. Sicard suffered a work-related injury on April 23, 2012. Ms. Sicard answered the appeal, seeking attorney’s fees for her attorney’s work on this appeal. After examining the evidence, we disagree with Touro.
