I iThis workers’ compensation dispute was filed by claimant, Jerry Perez, against his employer, Express Jet, alleging injury to his neck via an accident that occurred on October 21, 2013. After finding that claimant’s allegations met the definition of an accident and that his injury was causally connected, the workers’ compensation judge (‘WCJ”) awarded Perez temporary total disability benefits from November 20, 2013, to April 16, 2014.
