This case is before the Court on the defendant’s appeal from a judgment of conviction on one count of child enticement in violation of G.L.1956 § 11-26-1.5, which appeal has been consolidated with this Court’s grant of the defendant’s petition for a writ of certiorari seeking review of his having been adjudicated in contempt as a result of certain in-court conduct.
