for the Court.

In May 2006, a jury convicted the defendant, Nelson Bido, of aiding and abetting the murder of Jorge Confessor and conspiracy to commit robbery. Mr. Confessor was shot in the back in the parking let of Citizens Bank on Cranston Street in Providence on April 15, 1991. On appeal, Mr. Bido argues that the convictions must be reversed and either the indictment dismissed or he be given a new trial.
