MEMORANDUM OPINION
BRUCE I. FOX, Bankruptcy Judge:
The debtor-plaintiff, Aspen Data Graphics, Inc., has initiated this adversary proceeding to avoid and recover, on the basis of 11 U.S.C. § 547(b), certain prepetition transfers made to the defendants. 1 The parties basically agree that the facts are undisputed, and suggest that the issue before me is whether the debtor possessed an interest in the funds at the time certain transfers took place (that is, within ninety days prior to the filing of the chapter 11 petition in bankruptcy).
