MEMORANDUM OPINION
STEPHEN A. STRIPP, Bankruptcy Judge.
This constitutes the court’s decision on the following two motions. The first is a motion by Princeton Polychrome Press (“Polychrome Press”) to hold Public Service Electric and Gas Co. (“PSE & G”) in contempt of an order entered by this court on May 3, 1993 requiring that PSE & G reestablish the prepetition security deposit of Village Craftsman (the “debtor”) and to pay Polychrome Press $500.00 in attorneys’ fees.
