Defendants NewLink Genetics Corporation, Charles Link, and Nicholas Vahanian move to dismiss the Amended Class Action Complaint ("Complaint"). For the reasons *478that follow, Defendants' motion to dismiss is granted.
BACKGROUND
The allegations of the Complaint are presumed true for purposes of this motion. This securities fraud action arises from a failed clinical trial designed to test the efficacy of a pancreatic cancerimmunotherapy.
