The matter before the Court is a Motion to Sequester Rents and Profits filed by the Federal Land Bank of Omaha (Land Bank) and resisted by the Debtors. The matter came for hearing on July 18,1985, at which time the parties notified the Court that the facts of the case as alleged in Paragraphs 1 through 6 of the Motion were stipulated to by the Debtors.
