— In a claim to recover moneys allegedly due and owing under a construction contract, the claimant appeals from an order of the Court of Claims (McCabe, J.), dated July 9, 1990, which granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the claim for failure to comply with the requirements of State Finance Law § 145.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
