POLLACK, District Judge.
The defendants who have been served with process herein are moving to transfer this case out of this Court to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin for the convenience of the parties and witnesses and in the interest of justice, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). The latter District is clearly one where the action might have been brought. Section 214, Advisors Act, 15 U.S.C. § 8Ob-14.
