Anthony Grant appeals the trial court’s order striking his Answer to a Complaint for Forfeiture filed by the State in connection with the seizure of $60,020 in cash.
A related matter recently came before this Court in Grant v. State of Ga., 302 Ga. App. 739 (691 SE2d 623) (2010) (“Grant I”). There, Grant appealed the trial court’s order denying his motion to set aside and re-enter a March 4, 2009 order denying his application for return of the $60,020 (the “March 4 order”).
