This is an appeal by all the defendants from a judgment in favor of plaintiff against them for the sum of $2,215.20 for goods sold and delivered.
1. The action, was against Arthur L. Whitney and Albion H. Whitney, copartners doing business under the name and style of C. E. Whitney & Co., and said Arthur L. Whitney, individually.
