Rockwell International Corporation appeals from the decision of the United States District Court for the Central District of California denying Rockwell’s motions for judgment as a matter of law and for a new trial following a jury verdict that Rockwell willfully infringed Celeritas Technologies, Ltd.’s patent, misappropriated its trade secrets, and breached ,a. non-disclosure agreement relating to the protected subject matter.
