The appellee Baker is the owner and proprietor of the Baker Institute located at Muscatine, Iowa. The Baker Institute was established and is maintained for the purpose of treating certain diseases, particularly cancer, tumors, goiter, prostate gland troubles, stomach ulcers, rheumatism, gall stones and diabetes. None of the parties named as defendants in this action are, or have ever been, licensed to practice medicine in this state.
