Hamilton, J.-

-This is an original contempt proceeding against Norman Baker, in which he is cited to show cause why he should not be punished for contempt for violating a former decree of this court, enjoining him by himself, agents or employees from practicing medicine in this State. For a review of the historical background of the proceedings which culminated in the issuance of the injunction, reference is made to the ease of State v. Baker, 212 Iowa 571, 235 N. W. 313. Decree in the above cause'was entered in this court on the 16th day of June, 3931, restraining and permanently enjoining…
