Ann Marie Bashore (Bashore) appeals from the January 21, 2011 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County (trial court) dismissing her appeal of the one-year suspension of her driver’s license imposed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (PennDOT) for her refusal to submit to a chemical test pursuant to Section 1547 of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1547.
