Susan Horn brought suit against Earl Richardson and his employer, Hubet, Inc, for injuries she, sustained in an automobile accident. The jury found there to be comparative negligence, with Horn 45% at fault and Richardson 55% at fault. Accordingly, judgment was entered in favor of Horn.
