On March 1, 1933, the relator, John Neu, Jr., filed in this court his petition for an original writ of mandamus] requiring the Board of Election Commissioners of the city of St. Louis to print his name on the official ballot as a candidate for nomination for mayor on the Republican ticket, at the primary election to be held on March 10, 1933, under Section 10445, Revised Statutes 1929.
