MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

NEALON, District Judge.

These are matters arising out of an investigation by a grand jury from this district into the possible harboring of federal fugitives Patricia Hearst and William and Emily Harris within this district during the summer of 1974, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1071. In connection with the investigation, grand jury subpoenas have been served on Jay Weiner and Phillip Kent Shinnick, ordering them to testify before the grand jury. 1 Both prospective witness es have submitted numerous motions in connection with the subpoenas.
