Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Miller, J.), rendered June 2, 1993, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The murder for which the defendant was convicted in this case was committed by the defendant in the basement of his mother’s house in Elmont, New York, where he was residing at the time.
