This case is before the Court for decision following a non-jury trial on a complaint by plaintiffs Louis and Juliette Lopez. In said complaint, the Plaintiffs seek to establish title to a portion of land designated as a right-of-way and to establish their rights to an easement on the land owned by defendant Laurie Blanchard.
