SLOVITER, Circuit Judge.
Before us is an appeal of the District Court’s decision denying the motion to transfer tens of thousands of asbestos-related tort claims and remanding these claims to the state courts where they -were originally filed, primarily on the ground that the District Court had no subject matter jurisdiction.
