Appellants, General Electric (GE) and Morris Tabak, appeal the trial court’s granting of a motion to dissolve a writ of garnishment in favor of appellees, ICO, Inc. (ICO), Timothy Gollin, and Weycer Kaplan Pulaski & Zuber, P.C.
