Frederick G. Schramm and Betty Jane Schramm (Schramms) appeal the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (common pleas court) directing the proceeds of a settlement in the amount of $45,000.00 be *128distributed to the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (Liberty Mutual), the workmen’s compensation insurance carrier for Carson-Pirie-Scott (Employer), subject to the claim for attorney fees and costs.
