This is an appeal in the nature of cer-teriori by the Packard Motor Car Company from an award of the workmen’s compensation commission to Juanita Banks for total disability from December 4, 1946. Defendant contends that neither loss of wage-earning capacity nor total disability as a result of the particular injury were established; that plaintiff failed to give notice of the nature of the injury within 3 months of its occurrence; and that plaintiff failed to claim compensation within the prescribed period.
