{¶ 1} Leonard F. Carr, the relator, has filed a complaint for a writ of prohibition, a writ of mandamus, and peremptory writs of prohibition and mandamus. Carr has named as respondents Judge Nancy McDonnell, Judge Eileen A. Gallagher, and Judge John P. O’Donnell and seeks an order from this court that (1) prohibits Judge John P.
