Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification. See Dkt. No. 158. Upon due consideration, Plaintiffs’ motion is GRANTED.

I. FACTUAL BACKGROUND

This action is predicated on an alleged design defect in Defendant’s product. See Dkt. No. 66. The relevant facts are *680taken principally from Plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint. See id.
