I am writing in response to your request for an opinion on the levy of assessments in a multi-county drainage improvement district. Your question in this regard is whether a multi-county drainage district must "obtain a taxing Order from each circuit court in the district, or [whether it] may . . . simply obtain a taxing Order from one of the circuit courts in the district."
