OPINION OF THE COURT

PARKER, J.

Plaintiff, appellee, brought a suit in equity in Sandoval county against defendants, appellants, seeking to enforce a judgment lien upon the property of appellants, resulting in a decree against appellants. Appellee's suit was founded upon a judgment previously obtained by him in said county upon a cross-complaint filed by him against appellant, Alfredo J. Otero, in a suit in which he and said appellant were defendants. The cross-complaint was served on appellant, Alfredo J. Otero, on October 30, 1924.
