—In an action to pierce the corporate veil of Cambri Enterprises, Inc., in order to compel the defendants to satisfy a default judgment entered against Cambri Enterprises, Inc., the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Posner, J.), dated December 8, 1995, which denied its motion to dismiss the defendants’ second affirmative defense and two counterclaims, and granted the defendants’ motion for leave to serve an amended answer.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, (1) by deleting the provision thereof which denied that branch of the plaintiff’s motion…
