In an action to recover damages sounding in fraud and other intentional wrongdoing, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Ruskin, J.), entered April 15, 1988, which granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

The plaintiffs are the five children of Isaac Silverman (hereafter Silverman) who owned certain properties in New York and Westchester Counties. Silverman was previously involved in numerous actions and proceedings involving this defendant in State and Federal courts. In addition, he has…
