This is an appeal by Attorney Albert H. Beaver from the referee's findings of fact and conclusions of law and recommendation that the court suspend his license to practice law for 90 days as discipline for professional misconduct. The referee concluded that Attorney Beaver engaged in "offensive personality," in violation of the Attorney's Oath, by verbally threatening to kill a man who was an adversary party in pending litigation and by striking and pushing that man's vehicle with his own.
