Plaintiff Brinton Business Ventures, doing business as Evergreen Vending, Vend*1031ing Equipment Center, Northwest Coffee Services, and Avanti Markets Northwest (hereinafter, “Brinton”), seeks to enjoin its former branch manager, Richard Searle, from competing against Brinton or soliciting Brinton’s customers in violation of the terms of his non-competition agreement with Brinton.
